Preparation Method

  1. 1 Fry all the ingredients and powder.
  2. 2 Cut Capsicum into small pieces.
  3. 3 Heat Oil in a kadai, add Mustard, ground nuts and Capsicum fry it on a low flame.
  4. 4 After it softens, add powdered mixture and Salt.
  5. 5 Add Garam Masala, then mix with Rice.
  6. 6 Add a teaspoon of Ghee and Lemon Juice if required
