Preparation Method

  1. 1 Scald and peel the Tomatos. Mash them to a smooth pulp.
  2. 2 Heat Butter. Add Tomato pulp, Worcestershire Sauce, Ginger, green chili, Breadcrumbs, Sugar and Salt to taste.
  3. 3 Cook on a low heat Till the mixture thickens. Sprinkle a little Pepper Powder. Remove from heat.
  4. 4 Spread a layer of this mixture on the un-toasted side of Bread triangles and garnish with Paneer flakes.
  5. 5 Bake in a moderately hot oven Till the Paneer flakes turn golden.
  6. 6 Serve hot.
