After playing countryside tough guy in Paruthiveeran, Karthi would now sports a trendy uber cool Youngman in Ayirathil Oruvan, which is directed by Selvaraghavan with Reema Sen as the female lead.
According to sources, importance has been given to select trendy costumes for Karthi and the hero is appearing with a French beard in the movie. It is also said Ayirathil Oruvan will also throw light on dance skills of Karthi, since songs for the movie are composed in such a way as peppy numbers.
Karthi says, 'I am happy with my role in Ayirathil Oruvan. More happy, that I am acting in the film with one of the most happening directors of Kollywood.'
