Debutant director and one-time associate of director Bala, Ravi is busy giving final touches to his dream venture Aacharya starring Vignesh.
Says the director, 'It is an action film. But there is no violence. This is a movie that will make people feel think against violence. I am confident that the movie will stand apart from normal commercial run-of-the-mill stuff'.
A product of Bala's school of direction, Ravi is confident of meeting the expectations in his debut venture.
The happenings in the life of a Brahmin, inculcating the ethics of age-old culture in every household is Aacharya, who has moral values to safeguard, said Ravi.
'It is about realism and all the eight songs will have no lip movement from the artistes. Getting into such a subject meant some soul-searching to bring out the essence of the character in its pristine form.'
Among other highlights, Bharadwaj has rendered a number under the musical score of Srikanth Deva.
The star cast comprise of Nasser, Thennavan, Devan, Vadivikurasi, Charan Raj and 'Ganja' Karuppu besides debutant Divya.
Aacharya is gearing up for a release this August.
