When sons of yesteryear actors and actresses are finding their going easy, Arun Kumar has been witnessing problems otherwise.
Though he managed to acting few films, he is still to establish a career for himself in the industry.
Son of veteran actor Vijayakumar, Arun Kumar even acted in the lead role in Cheran's Pandavar Bhoomi and played a cameo in Iyarkai directed by Jananathan.
But things did not work out for this actor, who doesn't seem short of any skills.
Arun Kumar hopes that he can break the jinx this year.
His long pending movie Thunichal directed by Thamizhan fame Majeed is nearing completion, while he pins lots of hopes on Azhagai Irukkirai Bayamai Irukkirathu which again is produced by Cheran and directed by Vijay Milton.
Meanwhile, Arun Kumar would be acting in a movie to be produced by actor-director Arjun titled Durai.
Once all these three movies are released, I am hopeful of turning around my career. My run towards success will not seize, he says.
