The legendary Tamil actor Sivaji Ganesan's grand son, whose name is also Sivaji, has entered into the tinsel town with the movie 'Singakkutty'. He is launched by actress Sripriya, who has produced the movie.
The audio of Singakkutty was released on February 11 at Sree theatre at Sathyam Cinemas, Chennai. The CD was released by Khushboo and received by Silambarasan.
Sivaji is the son of Meena Ramkumar and is the nephew of Sripriya. Many celebrities in the film world attended the function to bless the young actor from the prestigious Sivaji family.
Radhika, Kushboo, Sangeetha, K.S. Ravikumar, Radha Ravi, Sivasakthi Pandian, Silambarasan, and Jinnah attended the function and delivered speeches blessing the young boy and praising the efforts of Director A. Venkatesh.
Venkatesh, who welcomed everyone briefed about the experience of launching Sivaji Ganesan's grand son. The director, who has given hits as 'Bhagavathy' (Vijay), 'Aei' and 'Chanakya' (Sarath Kumar), 'Vathiyar' (Arjun) and 'Kuthu' (Silambarasan), ensured the audience that this film too will have all ingredients of a commercially successful movie.
Earlier two songs were screened for the movie. The music by Prasanna Sekar, who has composed music for Bollywood movies like 'Sarkar', 'Ram Gopal Varma Ki Aag', and 'Darling' is the music director of 'Singakkutty'. Vali has written all the lyrics. Jinnah, south Tamilnadu's leading distributor has bagged the world wide distribution rights of 'Singakutty'.
Vivek is acting as a fan of Malavika. Gowri Munjal does her second Tamil film after 'Thottal Poo Malarum', which launched P. Vasu's son Shakthi. 'Singakkutty' is set for March release.
