Members of the South India Film Artistes Association (Nadigar Sangam) will come together to pay respect to yesteryear heroines Padmini and Sri Vidhya, who passed away recently.
In a joint statement issued by Nadigar Sangam president Sarath Kumar and general secretary Radha Ravi, all the members of the association would come together to offer their tributes to the actresses, who achieved great laurels in their life and career and brought dignity to Tamil filmdom with their passion and hard work.
The condolence meeting will take place at Nadigar Sangam premises on 29 October (Sunday) at 10 am.
It may be recalled that Padmini died of cardiac arrest a couple of weeks ago and Sri Vidhya met her end after struggling with cancer at Trivandrum last week.
Sarath Kumar will preside over the function.
