Actor Kabir Duhan Singh is extremely happy with the way his career has shaped up. With eight southern projects in his kitty currently and three more in the offing, he's easily the busiest baddie in southern filmdom.
Kabir turned 29 on Tuesday.
"It's just been over a year since I made my acting debut with Telugu film 'Jil'. As of now, I have eight projects -- some ready to release, while the rest are on the floors. I'm extremely happy with how things have panned out," Kabir, who is hopping between film shoots nowadays, told.
With projects in which he stars with actors such as Ajith Kumar, Pawan Kalyan and Balakrishna among others, Kabir has his hands full for the next couple of years.
Kabir considers the yet-untitled Tamil film with Ajith the most awaited project of his career.
"It's going to be a very special film. It will be introducing me to Tamil film audiences and I'm sure they're going to love me. It's a powerful role and I'm pitted against the most loved and worshipped actor of the industry. It can't get bigger than this," he said.
Talking about the experience of working alongside Ajith, model-turned-actor Kabir said: "No matter how much I say, it will be less. He's a gem of a person, extremely friendly and treats everybody on sets as equal. From the director to spotboy and his co-star to someone who serves tea on the sets, Ajith treats them all with respect."
"I can say confidently that Ajith is bigger than any Bollywood star. He's the epitome of simplicity and there's something to learn from him for all of us," added Kabir, who will rejoin the sets of the film on Saturday.
Kabir is equally excited about working with Pawan Kalyan in Telugu actioner "Sardaar Gabbar Singh".
"I can't wait to work with Pawan sir. Although I've already shot for few days on this project, I'm yet to meet him," he said, and added that he would love to work with other popular southern stars such as Mahesh Babu, Prabhas, Vijay and Suriya.
Kabir also has Balakrishna-starrer "Dictator", Sunil's "Krishnashtami", Aadi's yet-untitled Telugu film along with the remakes of Tamil films "Sundarapandian" and "Maan Karate".
In Kannada, he has actor Prajwal Devaraj's 25th film "Chalaki".
