Recent times in Kollywood, controversies are playing major role before or after the release of the film. This happened for Dhanush, Vijay and now it’s the turn of Kamal Hassan.
The Hindu Makkal Katchi (HMK) has raised a protest against one song in Manmadhan Ambu recently as the song narrates few lyrics which relates to the Hindu Goddess like Aranganathar and Sri Varalakshmi written and sung by Kamal along with Trisha. Yesterday at the Kochi promotion of MA Kamal refused to delete the song as the film has been cleared by the censors.
But the Hindu organizations had a meeting yesterday with the producers at Kamal’s office in Alwarpet and the producers agreed to delete the song from the film. Producer Udayanidhi Stalin doesn’t want any controversies as the film is releasing in a couple of days.
“Kannodu Kannai Kalandhal” is the song removed from the film.
