Following Surya, Manoj (son of director Bharathiraja) has become the father of a girl child. His wife Nandana gave birth to a girl child yesterday (Dec 4) in Kozhikkodu. Bharathiraja, his wife Chandraleela, and Manoj immediately flew to Kozhikode to see the baby and the mother.
Bharathiraja's only son Manoj got married with Nandana last November. It was a love marriage duly recognized by the parents. Nandhana was acting in films before marriage.
Nandhana was staying in her mother's house for her first delivery. She was rushed to the private hospital following the pain during yesterday morning. She delivered a girl baby at 1.20 P.M. both the baby and the mother are doing well.
Director Barathiraja was delighted to see his granddaughter and distributed sweets to the hospital staff.
