Rajesh M. Selva will direct actor-filmmaker Kamal Haasan for the second time in a row in a yet-untitled out-and-out Tamil comedy film, which will have story and screenplay by veteran writer-director Moulee.
Kamal and Rajesh finished shooting for Tamil thriller "Thoongaavanam" just a few weeks ago.
"This will be their second project. Moulee met Haasan last month and discussed about collaborating. After much contemplation, Kamal felt Rajesh could direct the script, penned by Moulee. It will be a full-length comedy film," a source told.
The source added that the project may be produced by filmmaker N. Linguswamy, who had also produced Kamal's "Uttama Villain".
"To compensate the losses incurred by 'Uttama Villain', Kamal promised to do another film for Linguswamy. If everything goes as planned, this could be that project," the source said.
The rest of the cast will be finalised post the release of "Thoongaavanam".
