Ram Charan will be turning producer for his father Chiranjeevi's 150th film and the new production will be named after their family name 'Konidela'.
According to sources, the landmark film is going to be the remake of a blockbuster film and Cherry has already acquired the remake rights. It is being speculated that the film would be the remake of either Vijay's 'Kaththi' or Salman Khan's 'Bajrangi Bhaijaan'. There is no official announcement regarding this, but the buzz has gotten bigger. Producer Tagore Madhu, who has the rights of 'Kaththi', earlier approached Pawan Kalyan and NTR. But none of them have shown interest and it is said that he sold the rights to Charan.
Ram Charan is planning to launch the film soon and he wants to release it in Summer, 2016.
