Noted Tamil director Charan is producing 'Muni' under the direction of Raghava Lawrence, the choreographer-turned-director, who proved himself with 'Mass and Style' films in Telugu, with Lawrence himself playing the hero.
Vedika who made her debut with Sivakasi is pairing up with Lawrence as heroine.
A different point was chosen as the base for the film and was made with several commercial elements with a heavy budget.
The film is being dubbed into Telugu on the same name 'Muni' by Manyam Ramesh on the banner of Manyam Entertainments.
The Telugu version has the blessings of MAA president K Nagababu and is being presented by Manyam Suryanarayana.
Ramani Bharadwaja gave tunes for the flick and the audio which was released into the market recently got a very good response.
The film is likely to hit the screen on March 9 simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu languages.
