Sairam Shankar, actor and brother of renowned filmmaker Puri Jagannadh, shot to fame with films like 143 and Bumper Offer. But, he's now struggling to score a hit in Tollywood and eventually making moves to get his name attached to a big project. It's been more than half a decade Sairam had a good ride at box-office and since then, he was tied up with many unsuccessful movies.
With a view to revive his onscreen appeal, the actor is relying on Tollywood filmmaker and his elder Puri Jagannadh. We had heard that Puri's next film with a star hero will have Sairam Shankar in a negative role. However, we are not sure whether he'd play a main villain role or just a key negative role.
While conceiving the above news, we were left with the following presumption: Sairam Shankar may get lucky with NTR's film as rumors are rife that Temper combination (Tarak-Puri) would repeat soon. In the meanwhile, Puri's next directorial ISM featuring Kalyan Ram will stride into cinemas.
We wish Sairam Shankar a powerful onscreen comeback as Tollywood has always been kind to such transformations, take the case of Jagapathi Babu, Navdeep and Rana Daggubati.
