It is not on a daily basis that the child artists get to act with an ace artist as Amitabh. We have heard how disciplined the location is while Big B is present, but for the kids on the sets, he seems to be one of their favorite actors who plays with them and jokes with them. The chemistry that the senior Bachchan shares with the kids is wonderful.
It is amazing the way these children find their way into the hearts of great stars. Bachchan senior is currently shooting for his up coming film 'Bhoothnath' with a cute child artiste, Aman Siddiqui. Yes the same kid who looks like cupid and plays the part of junior Saif Ali Khan in 'Eklavya'.
Big B in 'Boothnath' plays the role of a ghost who initially is not very good at helping people but turns to a good ghost when he befriends a little child whose part is played by Aman. There are a lot of films where the children almost out shine their more experienced counterparts. We got to see one such fantastic performance was from Sweeni Khare in the film 'Cheeni Kum' who won our hearts hands down with her wonderful and very natural performance of a child with a brain ailment. Many shed a tear when the character dies in the film.
But coming back to the topic of ghosts, we wonder where the directors and even the actors get their inspiration for doing such films. Is it from books and films that we have been seeing from our small years or due to some unnatural experience from the other world?
We will never know.
