Shah Rukh Khan has praised the forthcoming film "Bhaag Milkha Bhaag", based on legendary Indian athlete Milkha Singh's life, for being a "lovely experience". He also said his friend Farhan Akhtar's performance as the Flying Sikh is inspiring.
The film, releasing Friday, is directed by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra.
"The only race you can't win is the race against your past. What a lovely experience is 'Bhaag Milkha Bhaag'. Thanks Rakyesh and you inspire me, my Flying Farhan," Shah Rukh posted on Twitter.
SRK had co-produced "Don 2" with Farhan, a successful actor-filmmaker.
"Bhaag Milkha Bhaag" also stars Sonam Kapoor, who is still riding high on the success of her last release "Raanjhanaa".
