Asin is all thrilled to be part of the Hindi version of Ghajini where she is sharing the screen with Aamir Khan. She plays a prominent role in Kamal Haasan's Dasavatharam too. She has managed to bag a plump role opposite Salman Khan for another movie.
A thrilled Asin takes her time out to speak on being part of such prestigious projects.
'I am delighted to be part of Ghajini. However I never aspired to do a Hindi movie opposite Aamir Khan. My world revolves around my parents, close friends from school, my lovely home in Kochi, home cooked food and books. It is a prestigious project and I am hopeful of making a mark in Bollywood'.
Asked how she chooses her roles, Asin says, 'I go by the script, character, director, banner and co-artiste and my instinct. Language and money are never a consideration'. On working with Aamir Khan, she says, 'It was a learning experience. It's a joy to work with such people early on in your career'.
Having acted opposite almost top heroes including Vijay, Vikram, Ajith, Jayam Ravi, Suriya and now Kamal Haasan for Dasavatharam, Asin says, 'I should thank almighty for it'.
She says, 'Kamal Haasan is a live wire. He knows to improvise and come out with his best with ease on screen. I am privileged to watch him at very close quarters'.
