Director A M R Ramesh carved a niche for himself with Kannada film Cyanide. The movie on the last days of the assassins of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi went on to collect several awards besides collecting huge revenue at the box office.
Remade in Tamil as Kuppy, the movie has been generating good reviews. Now Ramesh is going places. His film would soon be made in Bollywood.
Ramesh is planning to cast Amitabh Bachchan and Paresh Rawal in prominent roles.
'I have done extensive research for the film. Met many people and collected several documents. Thankfully I was able to come out with a controversial film without any controversy. It is neutral without taking any sides,' he adds.
'Cinematography Rathnavelu and editing by Anthony helped the movie click well,' he adds.
