Son of veteran music composer Deva, Srikanth Deva is thrilled about appearing for a song sequence in Arun Vijay starrer Vedha.
The young and talented music director has composed nine songs for Vedha. Besides he appears for a song sequence Vannarapettai Pillayare. He has danced for the number in the movie.
On his new avatar, Srikanth says, 'It is fun and challenging. I am comfortable behind the camera. But director Nithyakumar insisted that I appear for the song. Initially I was reluctant. But the director encouraged me to try my acting skills. I have managed to come out good. Lip sync was a difficult job'.
'I am getting more offers to act. But my priority is to score music now', he says.
