Tollywood superstar Mahesh Babu made was in Chennai recently for the audio launch and press meet of his upcoming release ‘Selvanthan’ which is the Tamil dubbed version of his Telugu flick ‘Srimanthudu’ simultaneously releasing with the original.
Mahesh Babu addressed the gathering in Tamil as he underwent his schooling and under graduation in Chennai. He is the star with biggest opening in Chennai when it comes to Telugu actors as he is so popular among Tamil audience. There has always been a pressing demand for him to act in a direct Tamil film.
In the press meet the ‘Athadu’ star was asked who was his favourite Tamil star, and he answered "Vijay sir, Ajith sir and Suriya sir."
But for another question regarding the stars he did not prefer such a diplomatic answer. When asked with which ,of these stars he would prefer to work on a double hero subject, Mahesh Babu instantly replied that he would prefer to work with Vijay as he has met him two, three times and shares a friendly equation with him.
