The Telugu film industry is getting ready to celebrate the Diamond Jubilee celebrations of the Telugu Cinema, which had completed 75 years by 2006.
All the 24 departments in the film industry are working together to celebrate the three day event from January 26 to 28 on a grand scale in a never before manner. Several artistes would showcase their talents in different forms.
Power Star Pawan Kalyan is going to display his might in Martial Arts, while Yuvaratna Balakrishna is going to enact the role of Duryodhana.
Yuva Samrat Nagarjuna and Prince Maheshbabu would dance to popular numbers. The three day Diamond Jubilee celebrations would also have an exhibition of all the material that was used right from the beginning of the Telugu cinema.
It will also feature the photographs and other material related to thespians like NT Ramarao and Akkineni Nageswara Rao. Besides these, artistes from various countries are performing on the stage.
A song depicting the unit among the artistes and technicians and praising the Telugu cinema which was choreographed on all the top heroes and some heroines would be screened on January 28, the last day of the programme.
Delegate passes are a must to watch the events and they were priced at Rs 10,000, Rs 5,000, Rs 2,000 and Rs 1,000. Bollywood heroine Kajole is also arriving to watch the event.
