Raghava Lawrence, who turned a director and brought out two successful films like 'Mass and Style' in Telugu condemned the newspaper reports which stated that there were difference of opinion between him and Prabhudeva.
Talking to film journalists at Hyderabad, Lawrence says, 'I am a group dancer who stood at the fourth row. It is Prabhudeva who encouraged me and made me a dance director in Telugu. He is my master and he is still a guru to me. Several newspapers and magazines wrote that we both have differences of opinion. They are wrong and I am condemning them. In case my master beat me, I will keep quite and silently give way to him by keeping myself aside. There is no chance of me fighting with my guru. In fact, Prabhudeva Master had kept an appeal with the Film Chamber to halt the release of 'Style' in Tamil. However, the film was released and left. The details of the release of the film and other issues are related to the producer and basically my job as director is to finish the product and hand it over to the producer. I am no way concerned with the release of the film in other languages. For me Prabhudeva is like a god. I always honour him and his sentiments. When I narrated the Style story, he immediately accepted to play the role. He is such a great personality.'
