'Zamaanat' finally seems to be on a release path coming December and is turning out to be a special outing for all Bachchan fans.
Not many are aware that this is the first time ever in his nearly four decade career that Big B is playing a lawyer in a film. He may have played a cop, a gangster, a business tycoon or a family patriarch in numerous films but coming on the screen as a lawyer is something that he has never done in the past.
To add to that, in the film, he is also shown as visually challenged, one who reluctantly takes up the case of an innocent Arshad Warsi who has been framed after a conspiracy. How he fights this case, with Karisma Kapoor as an inspiration, takes the film to a highly dramatic finale, something which vintage Bachchan fans are bound to lap up with both hands.
