Although she is currently busy with 'Cabaret', which she is producing along with Bhushan Kumar, Pooja Bhatt says that she will soon start work on 'Love Affair' . To be directed by Soni Razdan, the movie is said to be inspired by the notorious 1959 Nanavati murder case. However, the Akshay Kumar starrer, 'Rustom' , is also said to be based on the same subject.
Pooja is far from deterred about this fact and says that she isn't worried about clashing story lines. She also quashes rumours that 'Love Affair' might be shelved because 'Rustom' is all set to release later this year in August. In fact, the actress and film-maker says that she is glad that 'Rustom' will release before 'Love Affair' because it will give her a chance to make her film even better.
While both films have been inspired by Nanavati murder case, it is said that 'Lover Affair' will be an erotic drama, with the story being narrated from a woman's perspective. It will focus on a lonely foreigner who is stuck in India, falls in love with a man (who isn't her husband) and the consequences of the affair.
