Its always fascinating to watch some breath-taking moments on a cricket field. Now, A stunning catch taken by an Australian Cricketer took the internet by storm.
Western Australia Batsman Michael Clinger slammed a ball so hard when he was on 87 runs. It could have easily fallen over the boundary line if not for the heroics of Victoria all-rounder Maxwell. Maxwell waited for the ball to reach as close to him as possible, then jumped backwards and thrown it inside the boundary line before he could touch the ground. The other player Rob Kwini caught the ball thrown by Maxwell and Umpires have declared the batsman as out. This took place between the match between Western Australia and Victoria for the Matador Cup.
Despite the brilliance of Maxwell, Western Australia won the match by 41 runs as per Duckworth Lewis Method. Maxwell plays for Australia National Team and he represents IPL franchise Kings XI Punjab.
