Chilli Gobi is an appetizer or starter commonly found in restaurant menus. This is similar to cauliflower manchurian except its extremely spicy, more Indianised. Unlike manchurian this is not a chunky or wet, this is very dry with less saucy stuff.

- 1 Cut Cauliflower into pieces.
- 2 Chop the Onion and green Chilieses.
- 3 Mix all all purpose flour, Red Chili Powder and Salt.
- 4 Prepare batter of thick consistency.
- 5 Dip Cauliflower pieces in the batter.
- 6 Deep fry the Cauliflower pieces in Oil.
- 7 Heat the Oil.
- 8 Add Onion and green Chilieses Till it turns golden brown.
- 9 Add fried Cauliflower and saute for few minutes.
- 10 Adorn with fresh Coriander Seedss leaves.
