Preparation Method

  1. 1 Heat the Ghee in a heavy pan.
  2. 2 Add Bananas and cook over low heat, stirring to prevent the mixture from sticking.
  3. 3 Cook for 10 minutes, or unTil Bananas have browned and resemble soft toffee. Add more Ghee as neccessary.
  4. 4 Add Sugar and continue stirring unTil dissolved.
  5. 5 Add Nutmeg and Cardamom; remove from heat.
  6. 6 Spread halwa into a deep, large plate. Allow it to cool and cut into squares.
