How does Ram Babu express his love and makes Nandini’s family accept him forms the rest.
Performances
Sunil looks okay and he does his role well. He is at ease doing these typical kinds of roles and Sunil puts lot of efforts for dances, fights.
Esther is okay though she doesn’t look quite good in songs. She has limited scenes. Posani Krishna Murali brings in some laughs, Raghu Babu is okay, Tanikella Bharani is justifying. Shayaji Shinde, Jaya Prakash Reddy are convincing in their regular roles. Others did their bit in limited roles.
Technical Analysis
Anup Rubens musical scores are decent while the cinematography is neat. Uday Shankar’s direction is not up to mark and editing could have been sharper chopping off the dragged scenes in second half. Action choreography is good but too many fights is drawback for this comedy entertainer. Production Values are rich.
Analysis
Director Uday Shankar comes up with waferthin storyline while the presentation is pretty routine. The screenplay is predictable and outdated while slow-paced scenes and too many fights will leave the audiences in boredom. Sunil’s films heavily bank on comedy and except for few scenes here and there in the initial half Bheemavaram Bullodu doesn’t offer the expected laughs. The proceedings lack the emotional depth when needed, and the scenes don’t interest you with the lack of gripping twists. The production values are quite good with good cinematography and decent songs but the obsolete story and predictable screenplay makes Bheemavaram Bullodu a boring watch. Except for very few comedy scenes, the film has nothing new to offer.
