Indian dry fruit chikki is made by cooking dryfruits with grated jaggery.

Preparation Method
- 1 Grate Jaggery.
- 2 Heat 2 big spoons of Ghee in a kadai.
- 3 Put grated Jaggery, mix well and melt nicely to a fine paste.
- 4 To this add kesar, Almond, Pista and Cashew Nut nuts & mix well unTil the mixture leaves the sides of the kadai.
- 5 Spread little Ghee in a tray and pour the dry fruit mixture and spread evenly, cool it and cut it into pieces
