Egg Shoap snacks to be served to guests or had at tea-time. The munching of snacks – usually processed ones - at any time and at any place is still largely a phenomenon of the upper middle class and the wealthy. Moreover, a number of snacks among the Indian food are still made from scratch at home.

Preparation Method
- 1 Mash Potato with the Egg.
- 2 In a pan heat some Oil and fry Onion along with green Chilieses. Fry Till golden brown.
- 3 Add Salt,Coriander Seedss, Cumin and Turmeric Powderr.
- 4 Add the fried Onion to mashed Egg and Potato mixture.
- 5 Make small balls of the Egg-Potato mixture.
- 6 Break the unbOiled Egg in a bowl. Coat the balls first with the Egg and then with the Bread Crumbs.
- 7 In a wok or Kadhai heat some Oil and fry the balls Till golden brown and serve hot with tea or as any apetizer
