Chicken Tawa is a dish generally cooked on roadside dhabas on big tawas. This dish goes well with hot naans/rotis.

- 1 For the first marination; mix the Chicken with the Ginger, chopped Garlic, Cardamom Powder, Lemon Juice and Salt and keep it for 3-4 hours.
- 2 For the second marination, now add Cream, Hung Curd and Garam Masala to the marinated Chicken and leave it aside for another 2-3 hours.
- 3 For the main preparation: heat Oil in a wok. Add the marinated Chicken to it and cook for 8 minutes on a low flame. Serve hot with Rice or rotis.
